SOCIAL MEDIA. Always on, launching, and on sale.

Three different jobs: keep a brand present all year, build curiosity before a launch, and move stock. We plan, design and run all three.

Story Design plans and runs social media for product brands from its studio in Noida (Delhi NCR), India: monthly content calendars, reels, carousels and product demos, festival and moment posts, community management on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, and paid social campaigns for launches. The studio has run 50+ performance marketing campaigns; the work on this page is for White-Westinghouse, Taharat, Mango Closet and Taxman.

Case studies · one brand at a time

Four briefs, four kinds of feed.

An always-on appliance brand, a pre-launch teaser, a fashion store on sale, and a festival done properly.

Case 01 · Always-on social · White-Westinghouse

Cool, all year, in every feed.

Story Design created an always-on social media series for White-Westinghouse air conditioners: product posts for split, tower and cassette ACs, family lifestyle scenes, and moment-marketing posts for days such as Eid al-Adha, all carrying the brand's “A Legacy of Excellence” sign-off.

  • White-Westinghouse tower AC post by Story Design: a family on a sofa with the line Keeping you cool in every stepLifestyle · tower AC
  • White-Westinghouse split AC post by Story Design: a young family under the line Your perfect happiness partnerLifestyle · split AC
  • White-Westinghouse post by Story Design: three generations around a table under the line Bring home the best this summerSeasonal · summer
  • White-Westinghouse post by Story Design: a mother and daughter under the line It's time to chill at homeLifestyle · split AC
  • White-Westinghouse tower AC post by Story Design: a mother and daughter reading beside the ACProduct · tower AC
  • White-Westinghouse cassette AC post by Story Design in a calm living roomProduct · cassette AC

Brief

Keep an air conditioner brand present and warm through the year, not only in peak summer, and show the full range from split to cassette ACs.

Move

Sell the feeling, not the tonnage: families at home in calm rooms, the product placed naturally in the scene, and handwritten-style lines.

Made

A monthly calendar of product, lifestyle and festive posts in one layout: logo top left, the brand's 100-year mark top right, product in frame, line in the middle.

Case 02 · Launch teaser · Taharat

Coming soon, said beautifully.

For Taharat, a health and beauty brand, Story Design created a “Coming soon” launch teaser for social media: a Facebook cover and post series built on cinematic nature imagery of sunsets, lakes and desert oases, each frame paired with a single word such as “peace” or “beauty”.

  • Taharat Facebook page by Story Design with a sunset cover and teaser postsFacebook page and teaser posts
  • Taharat coming soon launch creatives by Story Design: a boat at sunset, golden portraits and a desert oasisComing soon set

Brief

Build curiosity for a new health and beauty brand before there is a product to show.

Move

Sell a mood instead of a product: calm, golden, natural images that suggest purity, and a consistent gold wordmark so the name is remembered before launch day.

Made

A Facebook cover, teaser posts and a “Coming soon” launch creative in one visual language.

Case 03 · E-commerce social · Mango Closet

New in, on sale, sold.

Story Design designed social and web creatives for Mango Closet, a fashion e-commerce store: a first-time 40% sale, a “New on the block to new in your wardrobe” arrivals campaign, and the announcement of Rashi Kapoor's luxury clothing brand arriving on the store.

  • Mango Closet sale creative by Story Design: 40% discount for the first timeSale · 40% off
  • Mango Closet new arrivals creative by Story DesignNew arrivals
  • Mango Closet creative by Story Design announcing Rashi Kapoor's luxury clothing brandLabel launch · Rashi Kapoor

Brief

Drive traffic and sales for an online fashion store, launch new labels on it, and keep the feed feeling like a boutique, not a discount bin.

Move

Editorial fashion photography with plenty of air, fine serif and script type, and the offer stated once, clearly.

Made

Sale, new-arrival, brand-launch and partnership creatives for social media and the website.

Case 04 · Moment marketing · Eid al-Adha

A greeting that still looks like the brand.

Eid al-Adha posts for Taxman and White-Westinghouse: Arabic calligraphy, lanterns and crescent moons in gold on royal blue, ivory and deep teal, so each greeting feels made for the festival and still belongs to its brand.

  • Taxman Eid al-Adha post by Story Design in royal blue and goldTaxman · royal blue and gold
  • Eid al-Adha post by Story Design with gold lanterns and calligraphy on ivoryGold lanterns on ivory
  • White-Westinghouse Eid al-Adha post by Story Design with a gold crescent on tealWhite-Westinghouse · teal and gold

Brief

Mark a festival that matters to the audience without posting a generic card.

Move

Use the festival's own visual language, calligraphy, lanterns and the crescent, in each brand's colours.

Made

Festive posts for Instagram and Facebook, published on the day.

A year of moments

Plan the calendar before the calendar plans you.

Festivals and big days are the easiest moments to earn attention and the easiest to waste with a generic greeting. We map the year in advance, decide which moments the brand has a real reason to join, and design those posts weeks early.

  3. CreateReels, carousels, product demos, stories and statics, designed in-house.
  4. Publish and communityPosting and replies on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  5. Paid social and reportLaunch and sales campaigns, then a monthly results report.
Notes · quick answers

Social media, in brief.

The same answers appear in the Story Design FAQ.

01

Does Story Design offer social media marketing?

Yes. Story Design plans and runs social media for product brands: monthly content calendars, reels, carousels and product demos, posting and community management on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, and paid social campaigns for launches. The studio has run 50+ performance marketing campaigns.

02

What is a social media content calendar?

A social media content calendar is a month-by-month plan of what a brand will post, on which platform and on which date: product posts, lifestyle and festival posts, reels and campaigns, approved in advance so the content stays consistent and on time.

03

What is moment marketing?

Moment marketing is content tied to a festival, event or trending moment, such as Diwali, Eid or a cricket final, posted while people are already talking about it. It works when the brand has a real connection to the moment rather than posting a generic greeting.

04

Why combine product design and social media marketing with one studio?

The team that designed the product knows exactly what makes it different, so the content shows the real features instead of generic claims, and the product, packaging and social media all look and sound like one brand.
